Portraits - my first try

This weekend when we were camping, the plan was for me to take family pictures. Had some issues with the tripod (my own fault) and so, I wasn't able to be in any of the group shots, but Pete and Paige took some of me anyway.

I was completing my photography assignment on white balance and raw. Here are some of the results:

I got some great suggestions for the future - shadows and glasses, which I'm excited to try. My next class Photographing Children and Babies starts on April 8th. So excited about that!!!! My birthday present! :D
